My Story
Why I Do What I Do

I became a recruiter because I believe careers are among the most important things a person will ever build — and that the moment of moving from one chapter to the next deserves far more care than the industry typically gives it.
Early in my career, I watched exceptional leaders be reduced to keywords in a database and world-class organizations receive shortlists assembled by people who had never truly understood the mandate. I knew there was a better way to do this work: one recruiter, personally invested, handling everything from the first conversation to the signed offer.
That is the practice I built. Today I place senior and C-suite leaders across every industry and every country — for high-growth companies, private equity backed businesses, and established global organizations. Every search I run and every candidate I represent gets the same thing: my full attention, my complete honesty, and my personal accountability for the outcome.
What drives me is simple. When the right leader meets the right organization at the right moment, everything changes — for the person, for the business, and for everyone that business touches. Making that happen, again and again, is the most rewarding work I can imagine.
